Used for incorporating beading to the barrel for strength and stability. Contains a set of segments made out of finest quality heat treated steel along with a hydraulic power pack provided with high quality cylinder, flexible tubing, logic & control panel. The machine is quick with zero rejection rate.  In case of lower production rate, single tooling bead expander can be used. Double beading machine gives both beads at one stroke.

After cutting of the top covers using the 200 MT press, the top covers are brought to the 75 MT power press. One press operates to punch the holes for bungs and second press is fitting the bungs to the top cover.

The barrels are placed on this machine and tested for leakages. Mild air pressure is injected into the drums and seam joints are checked with soap solution. Made from carbon steel pneumatically operated with hand lever valve, Roto seal, pressure gauge and pneumatic accessories. with barrel centering device.

Suitable for 210 ltrs barrels. Fitted with an electric motor complete with pulley drive system for rotating and spinning of drums. After testing for leakages and prior to painting the drums are degreased and cleaned. The drums are placed on the rollers and rotate at high speed where the outer surface is manually cleaned and swiped from foreign particles. On completion the drums are forwarded to the paint booth

Rolls of Coils are received from trucks and are placed on a coil holder stand. A De-coiler unwinds the steel coil, which is then fed into the straightener.

For incorporating corrugation to the drum. Two stage corrugating machine where in two operations both sides get corrugated. Heavy duty silent & stable machine uses a specially designed geared motor drive. The tooling is made up of best quality steel. Pneumatic cylinder provided is of heavy duty to minimize jerks while overlapping of the body drum. No separate tool is required for change in diameter of drum.

This machine is required for cutting body blanks required for the shell and top and bottom from a sheet or a coil. The basic structure is steel fabricated that gives it an extra strength and rigidity. For smooth & trouble free operation, an appropriate lubricating system is provided. The shearing blades are made out of high quality treated material, hardened and ground to its best standard, both the blades are reversible type so that all the four edges can be utilized, giving the blades a long life. All the moving parts (Bushing) are made up of phosphorus bronze.

The machine is required for formation of flange to the drum. A proper even flange and seam is essential for a good quality drum. This machine contains two flanging carbon steel tools which are heat treated and ground. A hydraulic power pack of all standard parts, highly flexible tubing, logic, and control panel, high quality hydraulic cylinder etc. Rejection rates are nil and both flanges are made simultaneously. Safe and trouble free operation. Flanges are even of precise diameter free of buckling, unevenness and wrinkles to flange.

After painting, the drums are fed on the conveyor of Drying oven. The speed of the conveyor is controlled to ensure the drying time. The Oven consists of a Heating chamber duly insulated and provided with a hot air system and exhaust. The drums are placed in the chamber and are moved ahead by rollers at  a controled rate to esnure that the paint is cured and baked.The unit is complete with electric motor drive, control pannel and thermostatically controled heaters.
